Paint/Craft Party Terms & Conditions


1. General

1. Party bookings are confirmed on receipt of a paid deposit.
2. By accessing this website and using our services/buying our products you consent to these terms and conditions.
3. The Client must not use any part of the materials on the Website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from Ulianka Arty. If any of participanta do not wish to be in photo/video, the need to communicate this to the Artist/staff BEFORE the party.
4. The Client agrees that Ulianka Arty is able to use any video footage or photography obtained of the Client and guests during the party to use in a promotional video or a picture.
5. All parties are allocated a specific time period to accommodate other bookings. Please ensure your guests arrive and leave promptly - it is only fair that we are allowed sufficient time to prepare for the next party, in the same way that we will be prepared for yours. Any party over-running will be charged an additional £30 per 15 minute period.
6. All party activity items are subject to availability.
7. A parent, carer or supervisor over the age of 18 MUST be present at children’s parties. Ulianka Arty does not accept responsibility for the care and supervision of minors and you are required to make your own arrangements for adequate supervision. Ulianka Arty is not liable for any loss or damage caused or related to any act or omission by a supervisor, carer or parent.
7.1 Running is not permitted at any time - regrettably all breakages must be paid for in full.
7.2 Harassment is not tolerated and the Artist will cease a party if partisipants continually misbehave.


3. Payment for Services

3.1 A deposit of must be paid in order to confirm a booking. Bookings are not confirmed until funds have cleared. Ulianka Art may continue to accept bookings for the same date until funds have cleared.
3.2 Deposits are not refundable. They may be transferable to another booking time/date subject to availability.
3.3 Payment is required to secure the time of your event.
3.4 Balance payment is due on the dayof the event.

Currency: All prices are expressed in U.K. Pound sterling (GBP), and payments are expected to be made as such. The Client is responsible for providing the correct amount, equal to the GBP amount. Please visit for accurate currency conversions.
Method: The Artist’s preferred method of deposit payment is via PayPal services ( or bank transfer,
For Clients with PayPal: This link provides a direct PayPal transfer to the Artist.
For Clients without PayPal: This link provides payment options without need of a PayPal account.
• Additional payment methods can be made available to the Client upon request.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or transfer your booking. Cancellations MUST be made at least 14 days BEFORE your event to be able to transfer your booking.
• Booking Alterations: are subject to availability and require 14 days written notice. Requests for alteration of date within 14 days is considered a cancellation and changes will constitute a new booking. Deposits from parties cancelled within 14 days cannot be used towards a new booking. The alteration date must be within 3 months of the original party booking date.
4.2 Cancellations made due to unexpected weather conditions on the day will not be refunded. Reasonable measures should be taken by the event organiser to provide an alternative location for the entertainment to take place, within close proximity of the original booking, in the event of unforeseeable environmental factors.
4.3 In the event of Artist being sick and unable to attend your party, all possible efforts will be made to find a replacement for your party. If unavoidable a full refund will be provided. Please be aware that illness can be unpredictable and possibly disappoint if your event cannot be catered for.

Paint/Craft Party FAQ


Do I Need To Have Any Experience?

Any skill level is welcome, whether you are a beginner and have never held a paintbrush in your life or if you are a fine art veteran and have been painting your entire life. This is not a class and we are not grading you. This is a paint party and we are more like coaches that are giving you the freedom to be creative. Art is therapy and this should be your chance to de-stress, unwind, and let your imagination run wild, especially if it’s a night away from the kids ;)

I can’t paint, will I make a fool of myself?

Our paintings are designed with a ‘feel good’ factor! Most of our customers haven’t painted since school, and our focus is on fun and relaxation. Our lead artist will walk you through every step of the painting with loose instruction, however we think you’ll be so relaxed half way through that you’ll probably stop listening to them!

Do you ever teach younger children to paint?

Yes. You decide whether it is just a fun lesson, or run like a real class! We teach kids parties from ages 5 and older.

What’s Included in the Price?

You and your guests get to choose with an artist beforehand what you’d like to create. We will provide all of the art supplies for the paint party which includes the canvases, paints, brushes, easels, aprons, palettes, water cups, napkins, table cloths, drop cloths, tables & chairs if need be and you will of course get to take your finished masterpiece home with you. We will provide the instructions for your guests as well as the necessary time to setup the party beforehand and break down the party afterward.

What do I need to bring?

Just your wonderfully, open-minded self.

Do I need a reservation?

To guarantee that we have an available spot for you party please make an advanced reservation. Contact us to reserve your spot and we will keep it for 48 hours for you to make a deposit.

Is there any minimum amount of people for the party?

We tend to have around 5-10 people paint parties.

What type of paint do you use?

Acrylic paint. Sometimes we will teach special classes using watercolors, or charcoal, or pencil, oils etc.

Will my painting be dry by the end of the night?

Acrylic paint does dry fast, however there may be a few areas that are still slightly wet before you leave.

What Should I Wear For Clothing?

Although we will be providing all of your party guests with aprons, it is recommended that you wear clothing that you don’t mind getting paint on. Also just as an FYI, the paints we will be using are acrylics (mostly) which are water based non-toxic paints. Acrylics do make for an easy clean up on hands and skin, but clothing is a bit more difficult to get rid of stains.

How early should I arrive?

10 minutes before the scheduled class would be plenty of time.

Do You Supply Food & Beverages?

Yes, this is possible. It will depend on the package you will get.

Do You Take Photos at The Event?

Yes, we love taking photos and sharing them on social media! We usually do a big group shot in the middle and at the end of the painting session and will always take personal photos of you and your friends if asked. Typically after a paint party, we'll upload the photos to our Facebook/Instagram page within next couple of days and we encourage you to share and like the photos with your family and friends. We also encourage our guests to take their own photos and videos with their cell phones or digital cameras and help spread the Ulianka's Paint Parties love on social media. When posting on social media (such as Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram), please use #uliankraft to show your love and support. For any reason, if you do not want to be included in any photos, please let us know at the start of the event and we'll make sure not to include you in any photos and will do our best to crop you out of the photos before posting on social media. We respect your privacy and understand your desire to not be included.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance and insured?

YES! Ulianka is Disclosure checked and insured. Proof of both can be obtained with notice. Professional artists like Ulianka are likely take efforts to use best practices in sanitation, use suitable materials and are educated on what to do if an allergic reaction occurs.

How Do Kid's Parties Work?

Children's paint parties are designated for the ages of 5-14 years old. For children's parties at least one adult is needed for supervision.

Do You Do Custom Paintings?

Yes, we can create a custom painting tailored toward your specific paint party event.

Do You Sell Gift Certificates?

Yes, you can purchase gift certificates. Contact us to purchase.

What Are The Benefits of Having a Paint Party?

Sometimes you just like to have a night out where you chill with your friends and do something fun and not have to rub elbows with stranger. Paint Party idea is a unique and fun experience where you get to be creative with your friends in an intimate setting. This is a great opportunity to unleash your inner artist and discover that you actually are more creative than you thought, and you get to share this experience with your friends and family at the same time. YOU get to decide what guests to invite and YOU get to decide how you’d like to host your party.

Will You Paint At My Work?

Yes, we can definitely coordinate onsite corporate events in your conference room, cafeteria, or any other location in your office building. We love painting in people's work environments, because it gives all the employees a chance to unwind and destress in an atmosphere that can sometimes regularly create stress in their lives. We feel painting at work can be an exhilarating form of therapy for many people. Staff love seeing their normal work environments completely transformed with drop cloths, easels, canvases, and loads of paint. If you can't find a way to host a paint party at your work, but you want to have a paint party for your office at another venue, let us know and we'll be more than happy to coordinate an event with you at a restaurant or other location. We have regular venues that we work with, but if you have a particular venue in mind that you'd like us to paint at, let us know and we'll make it happen.

How do I pay the deposite

Cash, Bank or PayPal. We are happy to send you an invoice for convenience.

What is Your Cancellation Policy/Refund Policy/Rescheduling Policy?

We understand unexpected things pop up and things happen beyond our control. If you just need to reschedule that is fine. Just let us know as soon as possible as other parties may have wanted your date. If you cancel giving us more than 10 days notice we will give you a full refund. If you cancel giving us 10-3 days window then we will give you credit towards a future paint party. Another solution is to maybe have a friend take your place at the paint party and have your friend reimburse you the cost of the ticket. There are no refunds for less thn three days and "no shows" on the day of the event. Your happiness is our utmost priority ☺
